A cloud service that provides trusted Mobile Identities for authentication to physical access and extended applications in the workplace.

• SIO standard (Secure Identity) based system. Not only is it an application, but it is also a secure platform.
• Fully software-based, independent platform.

• Twist & Go functions: movement intensity detection of the smartphone in Bluetooth with a range of up to 10 m.

Solution Components:

1. ORIGO Web Portal for the administration of MOBILE IDENTITIES.
2. MOBILE IDENTITY (Virtual Card) sent by the cloud through an email.
3. APP MOBILE ACCESS, the application on the smartphone where the Mobile Identity is stored. (Compatible on Android 4.3+ or iOS 7+)
4. BLUETOOTH READER: R20S, R20F. R20ST, RS40S,  RS40KS, R10X,  R10BLU,  R10F, R40BLU

Solution Logic:

• Model in which annual licenses are acquired (MID-SUBT-100) contracted by an ORGANIZATION and assigned to a USER through his email.
• The portal owner at all times is the End User.
• Each USER through the ORIGO portal is assigned MOBILE IDENTITIES (Virtual Cards).
• MOBILE IDENTITIES are virtual objects with cryptographic security housed in the MOBILE ACCESS application, which contain the programming of the access control (format, site code, and card number) and create a digital certificate linking them with the smartphone, which is non-transferable.
• The maximum number of USERS in the ORIGO portal may be equal to or less than the number of ANNUAL LICENSES contracted.
• The ANNUAL LICENSES may change the USER as many times as necessary during the period of the contract. Personnel rotation or visitor control is considered.
• In case of loss, theft, reset of the smartphone, it is possible to renew the user’s MOBILE IDENTITY without cost while their license is active, having a new card ID. There is no recycling of credential numbers.
• Once the portal expires, the renewal is automatic unless expressed one month before the cancellation of the service.
• Portal registration requires at least 20 licenses are required.

What to quote?

•  Mobile Identity License: MIDSUBT100. Requires a minimum purchase of 100 pieces.
• Readers: R20S, R20F, R20ST, RS40S, RS40KS, R10X,  R10BLU,  R10F, R40BLU bluetooth reader is required
• Programming cards They allow the reader to be configured with the unique account key: SEC9X-CRD-E-MKYD and SEC9XCRDMAD
  • If the APP Reader Manager is used it can be omitted, although it is always recommended to have as an installation backup
• Controller: Compatible with all Access Control Panels. If Corporate format is used, it must support 48 bits.

How is the Portal created?

Portal’s technical tip

Upon completion, the portal will deliver two essential data to process the order:

• Mobile keyset
• Organization ID

The User must complete and send to mobileorders@hidglobal.com the HID READER MANAGER form for activation. This will allow readers to be programmed from a Smarphone.

What information does epcom require to place a purchase order?

Mobile Keyset / Organization ID of the created portal must be provided.

In the case of Open Formats (H10301, 26 bits):

• The customer must select what values ​​the cards will have:
  • Site Code (Site Code / Facility Code): (0 to 255, if it is 26 bit H10301 format).
  • Consecutive (range): The numbering that the cards will have (Between 0-65535 if it is 26 bits H10301).

In the case of Corporate 1000 Format What is Corporate 1000 ?, it is necessary to fill out additional documentation at the time of purchase:

• New project: Application and Credential Program
• Existing projects
• An additional cost should be considered when applying for this Corporate format, to the list price of the card add the MC-1000 model corresponding to a charge per card to be programmed in C1000.
• The charges are per card.

Notes:

Migrations:

• Customers with traditional MOBILEID portals (previous platform) must migrate to the new ORIGO platform when they require refill devices.
• When migrating, the previous MOBILEID portal will be deleted, and the existing cards to migrate to Origo as Mobile Identities will be taken into account proportionally (by HID). The issued cards will remain valid on the cell phones that were sent from the previous portal.
• The process may take a few days, so consider this during the migration period.
